All appointments need to be booked ONLINE or through the PHONE please DO NOT text for an appointment. We Highly suggest to pre-book if you need a late or weekend appointment, these time slots are very popular and go very quickly. Our booking app will show our accurate appointment times & dates, but we do have a waitlist online in case of a cancellation.

 failure to cancel your appointment before the 24 hours will result in a $50 no show/late cancel fee.

When you fail to cancel or NO SHOW for an appointment (3) people lose:

1: You, the client, do not receive the service and care that you need.

2: Other clients, who need services and care that could have taken that appointment.

3: Us (or the salon) that is sitting there..... wasting valuable time, and wondering if you are going to show up.

Cards are required for booking with us

when booking online it will request a card, you will not be charged this is just for holding your appointment. 

Please arrive on time. If you are 10-15 min late your appointment will be shortened. If you arrive 20 min or later your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled and there will be a $50 late fee that will need to be paid before re-booking.  

All products are NON REFUNDABLE, but you may switch out the product within 7 days of purchase ( but must pay the difference if cost is more than original product purchased) or you may use it as an in store credit towards a service. All packaged and Treatments are NON REFUNDABLE.
